Description

CAMX A4 is built on the same model of the X330. This American-engineered crossbow can tolerate more than average abuse from its owner. Everything on the crossbow is made to endure the worst weather conditions and also the reality of hunting (shocks, drops, hits). The durability of the crossbow comes from the stock which is 20 percent filled with glass polypropylene. Hard material ready to endure the worst conditions. All equipped, the crossbow weights about 9 pounds.

CAMX step up their game by creating a new suspension system called the A4 Suspension System. The Camx A4 suspension system features a swingarm system that keeps the string, cable and cams inside the tips of the limbs maximizing durability, minimizing noise and eliminating vibration. By inverting the cams system, it gives the protection wanted and absorb the noise by stopping the cable in only one shot, avoiding bouncing on the stops. These little details make a huge difference while hunting.

The A4 develops 370 FPS with a 390-grain Accuspine bolt and generates about 118 ft-lbs of kinetic energy. Added to the accuracy of the crossbow, the power of this crossbow brings the concept ready-to-hunt out of the box to another level. 

Safety isn't an issue on this model. The Pivoting Arrow Retention (P.A.R.) system provides consistent pressure on the arrow preventing it from becoming loose and falling out, allows the shooter to let down manually with one hand and works in concert with the CAMX Lo-Drag Fire Control Trigger as an ADF mechanism. On the top of that, a patented Thumbsaver technology that protects the shooter’s forehand without restriction for the full travel path of the string.

ARC 4X32 illuminated scope designed exclusively for the A4. The scope offers short eye relief. 1 ½-inch of eye relief to allow shooters comfortable scope placement. Also featuring the ARC (arrow range compensation), which enables the bolt shooter to consistently hit targets at varying ranges.
